Under the alliance agreement, JAS and Necotrans will provide freight and logistics services on all continents. Both companies will represent each other exclusively in their respective territories.

JAS, with its workforce of 4,000 and an annual turnover of USD 1.4 Billion, specializes in international Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding Services and provides dedicated logistics services to the EPC Projects, Oil & Gas, and Mining sector.

The focus of the alliance will be on the development of freight and logistics services to, from, and inside Africa. Customers will benefit from the combination of JAS’ global freight network and the African footprint of Necotrans.
